1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MyRentalPlus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including shop owners, branch admins, and any other account holders.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Business accounts may be created by authorized representatives of the company.

MyRentalPlus operates on a subscription model with monthly and annual billing cycles.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into MyRentalPlus, including your shop information, customer records, inventory, and booking history. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service. We will not access your business data except to provide technical support at your request.
6. Intellectual Property
The MyRentalPlus platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by MyRentalPlus and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for the MyRentalPlus platform and publish our status at status.myrentalplus.com. We will notify users of planned maintenance with at least 48 hours' notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyRentalPlus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
